Data coverage
Every source, what it covers, and when it was last read.
718 Interchange reads 45 public sources published by 22 agencies and portals. This page lists all of them, per product, with the limitation each one carries. A source that is not on this page is not searched.

The standing disclosures
Seven One Eight Systems organizes information from official public records and other authorized sources. We are an independent technology company and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency.
Public records may be incomplete, delayed, corrected, or inconsistent across sources. Verify material decisions against the cited source record.
Inferred relationships are research signals, not legal determinations of ownership, control, affiliation, licensing, compliance, or eligibility.
How to read these tables
- Refresh cadence is the standard we hold ourselves to — how often we re-read the source. It is not a promise about how often the agency publishes.
- Current through is the source's own data horizon, not the date we last ran. A source read daily can still be a month behind because that is how often the agency releases.
- Volume and dates below are a dated snapshot, verified on September 10, 2026. Inside the workspace, every page carries its own live last-read timestamp and marks a source delayed when it falls outside its expected window. This page states the standard; the product states the moment.
- Historical depth varies by source and is stated where the agency publishes a start date. Where it is not stated, the record count is the honest measure of what is held.
- Limitations are not disclaimers. Each one is a specific thing that source cannot tell you, and it is worth reading before you rely on a result.

Sources
| Source | Agency | Record types | Region | Coverage held | Refresh | Current through | Known limitations |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Job Application Filings | NYC DOB NOW | Job-application filings, with the property, owner, applicant and filing representative on each | New York City | 955,552 records | Daily | Sep 8, 2026 | DOB NOW only — work filed in the legacy BIS system is absent, so a building's history here starts when its work type moved to DOB NOW. Job values are as filed by the applicant, not verified. |
| Approved Permits | NYC DOB NOW | Work permits approved and issued off a filing | New York City | 993,845 records | Daily | Sep 4, 2026 | A permit is authorization to begin, not evidence work started or finished. The source records no completion date. |
| Electrical Permits | NYC DOB NOW | Electrical permit applications and their licensed electricians | New York City | 579,321 records | Daily | Sep 9, 2026 | A separate DOB NOW product with its own job-number sequence. Electrical work does not appear in the job-application filings list. |
| Facades (FISP) | NYC DOB NOW | Local Law 11 / FISP facade inspection cycle filings and outcomes | New York City | 86,874 records | Daily | Sep 8, 2026 | SWARMP repair deadlines are set inside the inspection report and are not published in the dataset, so most obligations carry no countdown. An obligation past its clock is still outstanding. |
| ECB Violations | NYC DOB / OATH | ECB violations adjudicated at OATH, with hearing status and balance | New York City | 171,852 records | Daily | Sep 7, 2026 | Balances and hearing outcomes are as of the last read. A violation attaches to a building and a respondent name, and can predate a current owner or contractor. |
| Complaints Received | NYC DOB | Complaints received by DOB, from no-permit reports to site safety | New York City | 656,191 records | Daily | Sep 9, 2026 | A complaint is a report, not a finding. It has not been adjudicated and may be unfounded. Only a violation record represents a determination. |
| DOB NOW Certificates of Occupancy | NYC DOB | Certificates of occupancy issued through DOB NOW | New York City | 81,421 records | Daily | Sep 3, 2026 | The DOB NOW certificate-of-occupancy module opened in March 2021. A building certified before then has a certificate on file that this feed never carried. |
| DOB NOW Safety Boiler | NYC DOB | Annual boiler inspection reports, one row per report | New York City | 883,124 records · Since 2017 | Daily | Sep 4, 2026 | Filing status is the paperwork's own workflow, not an enforcement outcome: an Accepted report carrying defects means DOB took the filing, not that anything was repaired. Boiler violations appear in neither this feed nor the ECB tables. |
| Construction-Related Incidents | NYC DOB | DOB's accident and incident log per building, with injury and fatality counts | New York City | 1,412 records · Citywide since 2024 | Weekly | Sep 3, 2026 | The feed names no contractor. Where a general contractor is shown it is the General Construction permittee active on that building that day, named only when exactly one held the permit. |
| Zoning Application Portal | NYC DCP | Rezonings, special permits and other ULURP land-use actions | New York City | 32,964 records | Weekly | Aug 12, 2026 | DCP republishes ZAP monthly, so an application surfaces here weeks after it was filed — and typically 3 to 24 months before any DOB filing exists for the same project. |
| M/WBE Certified Businesses | NYC SBS | NYC SBS certified Minority- and Women-owned Business Enterprises | New York City | 11,571 records | Weekly | Aug 18, 2026 | Certification status as of the last read. A certification can lapse or be granted between reads, and the registry is matched to a company by name. |
| Violations | NYC HPD | Housing-maintenance-code violations, with class and status | New York City | 1,715,491 records | Daily | Sep 5, 2026 | A violation attaches to the building and can predate the current owner. Class and status are as of the last read. |
| Complaints & Problems | NYC HPD | Housing-maintenance complaints and the problems reported under them | New York City | 2,720,225 records | Daily | Sep 7, 2026 | A complaint is a report from a tenant or inspector, not a finding. Only a violation represents a determination. |
| Housing Litigations | NYC HPD | Housing court litigation brought by or against HPD | New York City | 239,507 records | Weekly | Sep 8, 2026 | Court records reach the feed slowly, so a recently filed case may not appear for weeks. A case is a proceeding, not an outcome. |
| Vacate Orders | NYC HPD | Vacate orders issued against a building or a portion of it | New York City | 8,867 records | Weekly | Sep 2, 2026 | Rescind dates are backfilled onto existing orders, so the set is re-read in full rather than incrementally. An order with no rescind date is still in force. |
| Registrations & Contacts | NYC HPD | Building registrations and the owner, agent and officer contacts filed with them | New York City | 194,218 records | Weekly | Aug 12, 2026 | Only buildings required to register appear — three or more units, or one to two units with no resident owner. An absent registration usually means a small owner-occupied building, not a hidden owner. |
| PLUTO | NYC DCP | Lot characteristics — zoning, lot and building area, year built, units | New York City | 858,284 records | Weekly | Aug 24, 2026 | A quarterly modelled extract of city records, not a survey. Values are as published and can trail a recent alteration or subdivision. |
| Property Address Directory | NYC DCP | The City's address to borough-block-lot and building-number crosswalk | New York City | 1,324,518 records | Monthly | Apr 28, 2026 | Republished quarterly and carries no coordinates: it says which lot and building an address belongs to, not where on earth it is. A new building can be permitted before the next release lists it. |

Sources

|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ACP7 Asbestos Filings | NYC DEP | ACP7 asbestos abatement notifications, with contractor, owner, air monitor and close-out status | New York City | 72,353 records | Daily | Aug 31, 2026 | DEP republishes the whole dataset in bursts rather than continuously, and records no actual completion date — only a planned end date and a Submitted / Closed / Postponed status. Amendments are reconstructed by comparing reads. |
| ACP Search Portal (live ACP7) | NYC DEP | Live ACP7 filing status, timestamps and addresses from DEP's own search portal | New York City | 23,517 records | Every 6 hours | Sep 9, 2026 | Thin rows: filing time, live status and address only. Contractor, owner and air-monitor detail comes from the slower ACP7 extract, which runs behind this feed. |
| ACP5 Asbestos Assessment Reports | NYC DEP | ACP5 asbestos assessment reports | New York City | 595 records | Every 12 hours | Sep 9, 2026 | The inspection report filed before any abatement exists. It is not a notification of work and carries no contractor or schedule. |
| Asbestos Notifications (ICR-56) | NYS DOL | NYS DOL ICR-56 pre-work asbestos notifications, including MTA and public-authority jobs | New York State | 201,098 records | Daily | Sep 9, 2026 | Pre-work notifications only: no close-out, completion or publication date, so a job filed years ago can still read as received. Owner and air-monitor names are drilled from per-case PDFs for a gated subset of recent NYC cases only. |
| Asbestos Violations | NYC DEP / OATH | DEP asbestos enforcement summonses adjudicated at OATH | New York City | 32,457 records | Daily | Jul 9, 2026 | The link from a violation back to its ACP7 filing is recovered by reading the scanned notice with OCR, which succeeds on roughly two-thirds of tickets. Some violations show no linked filing even though one exists. |
| Asbestos Contractor Licenses | NYS DOL | Firm-level NYS asbestos contractor licences, with expiration and licensed work types | New York State | 1,440 records | Monthly | Sep 7, 2026 | The registry lists active licences only, matched to a firm by exact name. A missing card means no exact-name match, not an unlicensed firm; a delisted firm shows its last synced record. |
| Issued Licenses | NYC DCWP | DCWP business licences | New York City | 72,451 records | Weekly | Aug 19, 2026 | Matched to a company by exact name. A name variant will not match, and a match is not verification that the licence belongs to that company. |
| Licensees | NYC DOB | DOB trade licence records for individuals | New York City | 103,203 records | Weekly | Sep 8, 2026 | A public-record lookup by name. A licence is reported as the source last published it, and a name variant can fail to match a real licence. |
| Certified Investigators | NYC DEP | DEP certified asbestos investigator certifications | New York City | 593 records | Weekly | Oct 22, 2025 | The source has published nothing since October 2025, so this list reflects certifications as of that date and is not current. |
| Vendor registry | NYC PASSPort | Vendor identity records — Supplier ID and FMS vendor code | New York City | 36,725 records | Daily | Sep 7, 2026 | Identity only. These are the keys that stitch a vendor to the City's financial systems; they carry no procurement history of their own. |
| Active Corporations | NYS DOS | Active corporation and LLC registrations, with process-service and registered-agent contacts | New York State | 4,280,810 records | Monthly | Sep 7, 2026 | The registry shares no key with any NYC dataset, so an entity is matched by name similarity alone — a strong suggestion, never a fact. New York filings carry no LLC member names at all, so an absent officer is the norm rather than a gap. |

A certification can lapse or be granted between reads, and the registry is matched to a company by name. |
| Documents, Legals & Parties | NYC DOF ACRIS | Recorded deeds, mortgages, assignments, satisfactions, and the parties and lots named on each | New York City | 1,126,303 records | Daily | Aug 31, 2026 | ACRIS lags recording and recording lags the closing — expect roughly six weeks end to end. It records instruments, not balances: a mortgage with no recorded satisfaction still reads as open. |
| Offering Plans | NYS Attorney General | Condo and co-op offering plans, amendments, sponsors and unit counts | New York State | 38,264 records | Weekly | Aug 31, 2026 | Acceptance means the Attorney General accepted the plan for filing. It does not mean the plan was declared effective, the building was built, or any unit has closed. |
| AEP & Underlying Conditions | NYC HPD | Alternative Enforcement Program and Underlying Conditions enrollments | New York City | 5,086 records | Weekly | Aug 28, 2026 | Status moves in place and most rows are historical, so an enrollment is not evidence of current work — only an Active one is. The violation count shown is a snapshot at program entry, not today's. |
| Speculation Watch List | NYC HPD | Rent-stabilized buildings HPD flagged on the cap rate implied by a sale price | New York City | 797 records | Monthly | Dec 30, 2025 | A screening hypothesis about a purchase, not a finding of anything improper. It is quarterly and months behind the deed, and a building that ages off HPD's list stays visible here. |
| Executed Evictions | NYC DOI | Evictions executed by city marshals | New York City | 132,979 records | Weekly | Aug 31, 2026 | Executed evictions only. Filings, judgments and settled cases are not in this feed. |
| Tax Lien Sale Lists | NYC DOF | Tax lien sale lists by lot and sale cycle | New York City | 264,585 records | Monthly | Jun 1, 2025 | The programme runs only when the legislature reauthorises it and has published nothing since June 2025 — a pause, not a gap in reading. The feed carries no lien id or amount, and a lot is known to have sold only once its cycle reaches Final Sale. |
| E-Designations | NYC DCP | E-designations attached to lots by zoning action | New York City | 11,481 records | Monthly | Aug 12, 2026 | The feed carries no dates of any kind, so the date shown is when it was last pulled. Designations change with rezonings and the list itself moves slowly. |
| Cleanup Sites | NYC OER | Environmental cleanup sites enrolled with the Office of Environmental Remediation | New York City | 2,274 records | Monthly | Sep 8, 2026 | The feed carries no dates of any kind, so the date shown is when it was last pulled. A site can span several lots and can be re-keyed between reads. |
| Rodent Inspections | NYC DOHMH | Rodent inspections, failures, compliance re-inspections and city-applied treatments | New York City | 427,522 records · Since 2024 | Weekly | Aug 31, 2026 | Inspections run on the City's rat-index schedule and after complaints, so a Passed result means somebody looked, not that a building is clean. It never supports a pass rate across buildings. |

Sources
| Source | Agency | Record types | Region | Coverage held | Refresh | Current through | Known limitations |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Procurement Notices & Awards | NYC City Record | Procurement solicitations, contract awards, agency contacts and procurement details | New York City | 23,176 records | Daily | Sep 4, 2026 | The feed carries no amendment date of its own, so a changed deadline is detected when a notice is re-read rather than published as a change. Estimated value is often not published, and blank means unknown, not zero. |
| Contract Reporter notices | NYS Contract Reporter | Statewide solicitation notices from state agencies, public authorities, SUNY/CUNY, and county and municipal bodies | New York State | 3,208 records | Daily | Sep 4, 2026 | Open and closed reflect the last completed crawl, not a live status. Confirm the deadline at the source notice before relying on it. |
| RFx solicitations | NYC PASSPort | Competitive PASSPort solicitations with round status (planned, open, responses in, selected) | New York City | 12,265 records | Daily | Sep 7, 2026 | Status reflects the last scheduled read, not a live lookup. A large share of these appear in no City Record notice, so the two feeds must be browsed separately. |
| Contracts | NYC PASSPort | Registered contracts and awarded values | New York City | 68,461 records | Daily | Sep 7, 2026 | The award side only. It carries what was awarded, not what has been paid; realized payments are a separate feed. |
| Vendor Payments | NYC Checkbook | Realized vendor payments by fiscal year | New York City | 975,632 records | Weekly | Sep 4, 2026 | Pulled for tracked vendors only. The absence of a payment row does not mean a vendor was not paid, and payments carry no contract value. |
| Capital Projects | NYC OMB | Planned capital projects with budget and commit windows | New York City | 13,044 records | Monthly | Aug 26, 2026 | A commit window is a budgeting intention, not a posted bid. It is a forward-looking pipeline signal and nothing guarantees it becomes a solicitation. |
| M/WBE Upcoming Procurements | NYC SBS | Upcoming M/WBE procurement opportunities published by SBS | New York City | 940 records | Weekly | Jul 2, 2026 | The feed carries fiscal-year text and no row dates, so the date shown is when it was last pulled, not a date the source published. |
What is not here
Three additions are in development and are deliberately absent from this page: they are not in production, so they are not claimed. When they ship they will appear here with a verified read cadence, like everything else.
More generally: no federal portal, no private plan room, no paid data broker, no source that is not a public record or an authorized feed. If you need a source that is not listed, ask before the demo rather than after — hello@718systems.com.
