Search an address, property, company, contractor, agency, trade, or opportunity and see the connected records included in your subscription. When another 718 product contains related information, the Interchange may show that additional records are available without exposing the underlying data until that product is added.

These three commonly connect through an address, a BBL, an owner, a company, or a project participant — the same parcel or the same name appearing on a filing, a permit, an abatement notice, or a deed.
718 Bids
Bids connects on different keys: a vendor or contractor, an agency, a trade, award history, a solicitation, or a project location where one is published. Many solicitations name no single address, so a bid will not always join to a parcel.
Connections depend on the subscribed products and the availability of matching public records. Some bids are not tied to a single address.

Update timing
Most sources are re-read daily. Agencies publish on their own schedules, so a record appears here once the agency releases it — some within a day, some weeks later. The product names the lag rather than hiding it.

Company and owner pages group records by matching names across sources. A grouping is not a legal determination of common ownership or control — the individual record is the source of truth.
